We offer a range of services from retained, contingency, to flat fee that provide a broad range of options.
Once you hire us, together we'll develop the search criteria and begin to screen candidates. Our fee is bill upon acceptance of an offer to one of our candidates. We charge 25% of the first year estimated earnings and provide a 60 day (from start date) moneyback guarantee.
Some assignments require a more involved approach. Retained search is the most comprehensive approach that requires added time commitments and more in-depth research. Detailed job specs are created in cooperation with the client company. Detailed targets are identified and a thorough recruitment process is conducted.
Our fee is 30% of the first year estimated earnings. We charge a $5,000 retainer to be deducted from our final invoice at the completion of the successful search. With this type of search we provide a 60 day refund of the amount in excess of the retainer if for any and reason the individual is terminated or leaves on their own accord.
Flat fee search In certain cases we will entertain charging a flat fee. This may be useful when multiple assignments are being conducted for similar positions. These are individually negotiated and terms must be acceptable to both the client and Charles Stickler Associates prior to starting the search.
