After finishing school at the Valley Forge Military Academy and Wilkes University, Charles worked at various companies in sales. After accomplishing success with a metal fabricator, Sales World, recruited him to be their recruiter specializing in metals. After years of success, he decided he'd like to open his own firm and has been doing it ever since. |

Chuck earned his degree in marketing at Villanova University, where he worked in advertising, marketing research and sales. He developed a good sense of the importance of marketing data while working at Information Resources, conducted a research project for Unisys and spent another year with an advertising agency. While these other aspects of marketing appealed to him, sales is where he really wanted to be and in 1995 he joined his father and has never looked back. |
