We offer a range of services from retained, contingency, to flat fee that provide a broad range of options.

Contingency

Once you hire us, together we'll develop the search criteria and begin to screen candidates.  Our fee is billed upon acceptance of an offer to one of our candidates. We charge 25% of the first year estimated earnings and provide a
guarantee of a 90 day (from start date) replacement.

Retained Search


Some assignments require a more involved approach.  Retained search is the most comprehensive approach that requires added time commitments and more in-depth research. Detailed job specs are created in cooperation with the client company. Detailed targets are identified and a thorough recruitment process is conducted.  

Our fee is 30% of the first year estimated earnings. We charge a $5,000 retainer to be deducted from our final invoice at the completion of the successful search. For retained searches, we provide a guarantee of a 1 year (365 days from start date) replacement.

Flat fee search

I
n certain cases we will entertain charging a flat fee.  This may be useful when multiple assignments are being conducted for similar positions. These are individually negotiated and terms must be  acceptable to both the client and Charles Stickler Associates prior to starting the search.
