Q. I got a call from Charles Stickler Associates, what’s this all about?

A. We are always making contacts for our client companies to find them the best possible people to fill their position requirements.

Q. How did you get my name?

A. Even though we may not have talked before our database has the names of over 15,000 people. The research we do also uncovers potential people for any given search. We also source people we know, it could be your coworker that shared your name or even your boss. Even we are surprised how we get some of the names, and as a rule we do not share our sources. We need to protect everyone’s confidentiality, including yours.

Q. What help can you provide me in my search for a new position?

A. We will evaluate how you may fit within an open or future search. We can tell you about companies you may want to explore and provide insights you may not otherwise be able to learn. Our desire is to help you in any way we can. We like to make friends in the industry, which is the key to our growth.

Q. How much will your services cost me.

A. ZERO. But, hopefully a friendship has been made in which we can mutually benefit.
