We are not an employment agency or employment counselors or a placement firm. We don’t work for job seekers. We are paid by employers.

We are recruiters. We are a “retained search” firm. This means we work exclusively for employers who hire us, and pay us a fee up front,
to find qualified candidates for key positions in their companies.

It means we do not seek your resume in order to find you a job. Instead, we seek
it to see if you may be a match, now or in the future, for an opening for which our
firm has been hired to find candidates.

It also means that you, as a job seeker, can approach us knowing you will never
receive a bill from us for our services.

We recruit from the pool of existing industry talent.

Even though we may not be able to match you with a position in our current inventory, it will be mutually beneficial if we can spend a few minutes together on the phone, to add your name and background to our database. As time goes on, opportunities may open up that may be ideally suited to your aspirations and abilities.

This will be a two-way street. We know the industry like the back of our hands. Even if we can’t match you with a specific position, we may be able to offer (free of charge, of course) important inside information to help guide you in your pursuit of a better opportunity in the industry.
