The metals industry has gone through many changes over the thirty plus years I have been associated with the industry as a recruiter. Despite those changes, the basics have remained the same. A company needs to buy and sell intelligently. It needs to process material efficiently and serve the needs of its customers better than its competitors. What makes the difference is the company’s employees. The most successful managers surround themselves with the best people, but often they fail to utilize all the tools at their disposal to find the best candidates.

For the past 30 years, we have helped companies reach across the country as well as their backyards to find the best employees. We thank our client companies for the continued use of our services. It is an honor to be able to assist our clients though the hiring process. It is personally rewarding to know that we have made a difference in our clients businesses. As one client recently wrote in an email:

It is gratifying to see the people we have placed grow and prosper within their companies. A number of people we placed as inside salesmen grew to be the presidents of those companies. It is again very rewarding to see & hear the way we have been able to help individuals achieve their goals and positions.
