Our Fee Structure
We work exclusively for employers, on a partially retained basis. That means our clients pay us a portion of our fee up front to fund many of the core expenses we will incur in attacking a new recruiting project with all the resources at our disposal.
Specifics
Our fee is 30% of the first year estimated earnings of the placed candidate. Our pre-paid retainer of $5,000 is deducted from the final invoices submitted at the completion of a successful search.
Discounts
As long as we hold your initial retainer, the second and subsequent searches are at 25%.
Credits and Refunds
If for any reason we do not complete the search, a credit of the retained amount
will be applied to any future hire.
In the event a new employee is terminated, we will refund that portion of the fee paid in excess of the initial retainer for up to sixty days from the employee’s start date.
We will also conduct a new search to replace that individual for up to 1 year from the start date for no additional cost.
Client Satisfaction
We maintain a strong relationship with the clients we have served.
Most of our current assignments come from clients of long standing. Client referrals form the majority of our new business.
